First day only I decided to checkout due to bad smell and hospitality and raised the request on app for the same but thr hotel staff ignored my request (I clearly saw the my request notification on their desktop) and took 4 days price approx 8 thousand when I checked out on second day before 10 am. And the photos of rooms are fake on app. . The worst stay experience ever

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful services, staff was way too humble and respectful, one of the trustworthy hotel near the center station

The checkin process took a bit longer

It was a nice experience and Sunil made it very memorable. The food was good and personalized as well. Thanks a lot again. The ambience was very nice and good for family.

We had a great stay. They allow 24 hour check-in, breakfast spread was pretty good, polite and helpful staff, clean rooms and walkable distance to the station

Great hospitality by the Manager and Staffs was just unbelievable. To get such a hospitality in a crowded area in Delhi is just amazing. Rooms were neat and clean, good ambience.

The service right from reception until checkout was top notch, we got all help needed and special thanks to the restaurant for preparing the baby food per our requirement without showing any inconvenience.

Convenient location and clean.Easy accessibility to central railway/metro. Food easily available of every sort. Mr. Dev at reception is very attentive and putting up extra effort to ensure guest comfort. Safe and suitable for family stay as well.

Staffs all kindly invited and surroundings are quiet safe easy access from central railway station hotels are very near also this stands out from the crowd

Looks newly constructed so everything is clean. Staff is very helpful.Only con is the price, it is slightly on the higher side

Excellent service and staff. Neat rooms and toilets. Highly recommended, DON'T fall for lot of lodges near central railway station, take just 2 mins walk from the station , I really appreciate the staff for all round service.

I arrived before check in time., With our any extra pay the arranged the rooms for me immediately.., all staff were polite. Honest and genuine reply worth staying in hotel.
